Troubleshooting
The tables below contain a list of possible HTTP error codes returned by the three customer data transfer types. These error codes are for information only. For information about error logs contact your local Experian support team.
Batch file processing

| 202 | File uploaded successfully. |
| 400 | A mandatory request parameter is missing. A mandatory request parameter is missing. |
| 400 | A threat is detected in the file. |
| 400 | File [{0}] does not match the naming convention [{1}]. |
| 400 | File exceeded the max allowed size. |
| 400 | File name [{0}] contains invalid characters. |
| 400 | File size should be in range between [{0}] and [{1}]MB. |
| 400 | File with the same content and screenless channel service id [{0}] already exists. |
| 400 | Some of the request parameters are not valid. |
| 400 | MIME type validation failed. |
| 400 | Page parameter value [{0}] does not contain a non-negative number. |
| 400 | Status [{0}] does not match any of the possible values [{1}]. |
| 400 | The field [{0}] does not support the given [{1}] filter. |
| 400 | The filter [{0}] contains invalid characters or is too long. |
| 400 | The provided service ID is invalid. |
| 400 | The selected file name does not contain a valid service ID. |
| 400 | Unable to read content of request parameter [{0}]. |
| 401 | Unable to find claim [{0}] in the auth token. |
| 401 | Unable to retrieve token from auth header. |
| 409 | Another file is currently being uploaded. Please try again later. |
Data export

| 401 | There was a problem with the user claim. |
| 409 | An export is currently running. Please try again later. |
