Documentation
Selecting Documentation in the top navigation takes you to a selection of categorised knowledge articles.
The options available are categorised by Decisioning and ID & Fraud.
Features
The Documentation page includes the following features to improve your user experience:
- Organisation of content by Product - allows you to browse knowledge articles for a specific product and type of article. For example, PowerCurve Collections product guides.
- Search support resources - the search box at the top of the Documentation section allows you to search for specific content.
Search Support Resources
The Documentation homepage provides an AI driven dynamic search box allowing you to search only within knowledge articles.
Typing a search term will result in a list of Articles or Topics related to your search, as in the example below.
Search results are returned in two separate tabs (Article and Topics), so it important to check both tabs, as relevant information may be returned in either.
Articles
Selecting a item in the Article list will open the chosen article in the browser. Opening an article provides you with a new right-hand menu with the following options:
Article right-hand menu item | Description |
---|---|
Follow | Allows you to follow a chosen article, this will mean you are tracking this content and will receive updates. |
Related article | Provides a list of articles related to the article you are reading. |
Trending articles | Provides a list of articles that are currently trending. You may also see files in this list from your shared reports and documents, if they are related to this content. |
Feedback | The Feedback option allows you to rate the current article with either a thumbs up or a thumbs down, there is a drop down allowing you to select a general reason for your feedback and a Description field allowing you to enter a description for your feedback.![]() |
Topics
Selecting an item in the Topic list will open a page containing a list of one or more articles related to the chosen topic. In the following example, PowerCurve Collections has been chosen from the Topic list above. This results in a number of related articles.
You can also follow a topic to receive updates on any articles linked to the topic.
The right-hand menu on the Topic list page allows you to navigate to other articles, which are categorised as Trending Articles, Top Articles and Related Topics. Dynamic Artificial Intelligence is utilised to refine the suggestions and improve recommended articles.
